The Grandstream GXP1610 is a IP telephone suitable for small to medium businesses environments or a small home office.
This Linux based model features a single SIP account with up to 2 call appearances and 3 programmable soft keys.
Additional features include dual 10/100 Mbps ports, 3 way conference, fully Duplex speakerphone and a 132 X 48 LCD display.
The Grandstream GXP1610 IP Phone is a SIP telephone which will work across most VoIP telephony Platforms. These SIP telephones will require provisioning. Your VoIP telephony service provider will be able to assist you.

Q. Do the GXP IP Phone support call recording or do I need to buy an Add On Module?
A. If the PBX or sever supports call recording so will the GXP phones. You do not need to buy an AOM to support this feature.
Q. What's the difference between the GXP1610 and the GXP1615?
A. The GXP1615 has Integrated PoE.
