HOW DO I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE FOR MY ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT?
Although we do send most invoices either with your delivery or by email, you can log onto the site, using the same credentials you used when placing your order, and print a copy of your invoice.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we do. EU countries can place orders through our website and a shipping price will be calculated. This changes for countries outside of the EU; all international delivery costs are determined by the volumetric weight of the goods. This is a complex calculation and we are unable to give a cost via the website.
Please complete this International Form and we will give you an exact quote for your delivery.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM YOU?
You're email address may have been entered incorrectly or blocked as spam. Please contact us and we will fax/post you your invoice.
CAN I CHECK OUT AS A GUEST?
When you check out as a guest, you provide exactly the same information as when you create an account. You just have to enter a password for login purposes. That's all.
There are many benefits to having an account though. You can reorder easily, print a copy of your invoice and follow the status of your order. We therefore ask you to take that extra small step.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer (BACS).
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Electron
CAN I PAY WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS?
No. We do not accept American express on our site. Please contact our offices and speak to a member of the sales team.
CAN I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?
Yes. Just place your order as normal and you will be given Bank Transfer (BACS) as a payment option. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with our bank details.
I WAS DEBITED BY A COMPANY CALLED MEDIACOMM?
Media and Communications is the holding company of Best4Systems. The amount debited will correspond to the amount stated on your invoice.
WHO DO I MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO?
I AM AN EU COMPANY WITH A VAT NUMBER. CAN I PAY 0% VAT?
Yes you can. As long as you are an EU Business (Except UK businesses), you can provide your VAT number with your billing information and the VAT will be removed.
Please be aware that your VAT number will need to be validated, so do follow the instructions carefully and make sure to enter your VAT number in the correct format.
You will need to proceed to the final order review step before you see the VAT removed from your order.
CAN I HAVE A PRO FORMA INVOICE TO MAKE A BACS PAYMENT?
Yes. Simply write "Pro Forma" in the delivery note field above the payment method when you place your order and choose "BACS" as payment method. A Pro Forma Invoice will be sent to your email address.
WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
12 month "return to base" warranty on all products (excluding consumables). In the case of new products the manufacturer’s warranty will take precedence.
I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT. HOW DO I DO THAT?
In order to return a product, you will first need an RMA number. Please complete the return request form and we will provide you with an RMA form that will have all the instructions for sending the product back including the RMA number.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
The only extra information required when creating an order is a password. Everything else is required by us to process your order. Your address we need to ship you your order. A telephone number is best in case we need to contact you urgently about your order. Your email address allows us to keep you updated on your order with things like tracking number and delivery updates. We don't ask for anything else.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Online Select the product you wish to buy, then press "buy now" to add the products to the basket. You can go back to the shop and select anything else you require. When you have added all your products to the basket, simply press checkout. You will need to enter you address and contact details, then your payment details.
Over the phone You can call our sales staff on 0844 824 6664 who will be happy to place the order over the phone with you. Please be aware that any order under £100 must be placed online
By fax You can fax our sales staff on 0844 824 6660, and they will create the order for you, if you do not wish to put your payment details on the fax, please contact us with them over the phone.
WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
The standard cost of delivery is £10 to the UK mainland. We do offer a £7 delivery for small orders that is offered at the time the order if placed if the order qualifies. For very small orders we do offer a Free Royal Mail 2 day delivery. A £25 delivery is offered to non UK mainland addresses (including Northern Ireland). These prices are for next day delivery. For any international delivery please contact us so we can get a quote for you.
I NEED MY PRODUCTS NEXT DAY BY 10.30AM. CAN YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we offer a range of timed deliveries in the UK mainland. We also offer a Saturday delivery but you will need to contact us to arrange it. For more information, please check our delivery conditions page.

WILL YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THEN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes. We do however need your billing address for payment purposes.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes we do, but we will only accept payment by bank transfer. We will also need you to contact us to find out the shipping cost for your goods.
