The GN Netcom Jabra 2000 Monaural headset above requires either a connection lead or an amplifer to connect the headset to your phone. This will be dependant on the the type of telephone system and handset you are using.
Some telephones do not have an inbuilt amplifier, so an external GN Netcom amplifier is needed (A connection lead is not needed when you use an Amplifier).

Q. Is There any difference in sound quality using the foam ear cushions compared to the leatherette cushions?
A. Leatherette Cushions provide better acoustic coupling between the ear and the headset and less around escapes.
Q. When I use my Jabra headset I can hear myself echo, how do I stop this?
A. Turn the Microphone level down via you amplifier until you find a level without any echo.
