DO REFURBISHED DEVICES WORK?

Each device is covered by a Best4Systems Refurbished Guarantee. In order to be included in this guarantee, the product follows a rigorous testing procedure in our purpose built Refurbishment Centre.

  1. Each product is tested to make sure it is in working condition. This includes several tests, such as functionality testing and inspection. Any product that cannot be refurbished to a very high standard is rejected and recycled.
  2. Defective parts identified during the testing process are replaced with brand new components. Any product requiring batteries has brand new ones installed.
  3. Each product is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our refurbishment engineers.
  4. Firmware is upgraded and manufacturer defaults restored.
  5. Following cleaning and testing, products are repackaged with brand new cables (where required).
  6. The product undergoes another quality assurance inspection before finally being approved for sale.

WILL I GET A WARRANTY?
