The Cisco 7936 is a state of the art IP conference phone, it combines Polycom’s superior speakerphone technology with Cisco’s award winning Unified Communications solution.
The Cisco 7936 is equipped with full duplex and acoustic clarity technology which helps to enhance voice quality, stop echo’s and clipped words. Three built-in microphones provide 360 degree coverage and permits users to move around when speaking.
The 7936 is expandable and can connect to a Cisco catalyst Ethernet switch with a RJ-45 connection and dynamically configure itself to the IP network through the DHCP.
The Cisco 7936 IP unit does not support Power over Ethernet (PoE). You will need to purchase the Power Supply unit which can be found in the accessories.
The Cisco 7936 IP is a Proprietary IP telephone which requires a Proprietary VoIP telephone system to operate. This phone is not suitable for home use.
