The Polycom RealPresence is a SIP telephone which will work across most VoIP telephony Platforms. These SIP telephones will require provisioning. Your VoIP telephony service provider will be able to assist you.
This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and, as such, is sold without a PSU.
If you do not have PoE, you will need to purchase a separate Power Supply Unit.

A. The Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 Trio Conference Phone is just the console. If you wish to add the Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 Visual+ Accessory and the Webcam you can do so at a later date. The Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 Collaboration Kit comes with the console, the RealPresence Trio 8800 Visual+ Accessory and the web cam.
Q. Can I use any kind of compression camera with the RealPresence Trio 8800 ?
A.The only camera that is supported is the Logitech C390e WebCam.
