A. For the majority of phones, they will not work. Increasingly though, Telephones are being designed to work with USB headsets, so if it does then yes.
Q. What does the "-M" mean at the end of C710-M?
A. This indicates that this particular headset is optimised for Microsoft Skype for Business (SFB) users.
Q. Do the the Plantronics Blackwire series come with any accessories?
A. A protective carry case is included with all models except the Plantronics Blackwire C310, C320, C3210 and C3220.
Q. Do the the Plantronics Blackwire series come with the new USB Type-C connections?
A. Yes. The C3200 Series and C5200 Series come with a choice of either USB Type-A or USB Type-C.
