The Jabra Engage 50 II Stereo is a lightweight, corded USB-(A or C) headset that provides real-time insights and on-screen guidance via the innovative Engage+ software.
Designed for contact centres, the Jabra Engage 50 II features 3 high-quality microphones which work together to deliver clear speech and incredible noise cancellation. When used with the Engage+ software, the Jabra Engage 50 II offers a speech-to-text feature for spot-on transcriptions.
BalancedVoice technology brings out the soft parts of your caller's voice, while reducing the loud parts, this brings better balance to every conversation. The optional control unit features a smartringer so you don’t miss incoming calls, volume control, mute, answer, a Customisable button and a busy light.

Q. How does the Smart Ring work?
A. Sensors detect when the headset is worn or laying on a desk. If the headset is not being worn the smart ringer will alert the user to the incoming call. If the headset is being worn the smart ringer will not alert as you hear the incoming call via the headset speakers.
Q. What does the Engage 50 II LINK controller offer and why would I want to use it?
A. The control unit offers improved call control functions at your fingertips (Answer/End, Mute, Volume +/-) and a customisable button for Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud CX and NICE CXone platforms. Let's not forget about the Smart Ringer either!
Q. Can I plug the Engage 50 II headset into my mobile phone or tablet?
A. Yes if your mobile device has a USB-C socket that is compatible with voice calls.
