The Poly Edge E550 is an 12-line IP> desk phone that has been designed for enterprise professionals who work in the office or from their home office.
key features include integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, a 5-Inch (800 x 480px) colour display, Poly HD Voice, Poly acoustic Clarity, and Poly NoiseBlock AI technologies.
The Poly Edge E550 also features a single USB-C port that can be used for media and storage applications as well as for connecting wired USB-C Headsets.
In August of 2022 HP acquired Poly. This product is the rebranded HP Poly model. The manufacturer part number has been updated, and the branding on the packaging may include the new HP Poly Logo.

What’s in the box?
The Poly Edge E550 is a Proprietary IP telephone which requires a Proprietary VoIP telephone system to operate. This phone is not suitable for home use.
This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and, as such, is sold without a PSU.
If you do not have PoE, you will need to purchase a separate Power Supply Unit.
