Q. Can I use the Aastra 6800i at home on my Analogue telephones line?
A. No, the 6800i series are IP telephone and are not compatible with Analogue lines.
Q. Which model out of the Aastra 6800i series supports Gigabit Ethernet?
A. The only models that support Gigabit Ethernet are the Aastra 6865i, 6867i & 6869i.
Q. What is Gigabit Ethernet?

Q. Can I use both expansion models at the same time?
A. Yes. You are still limited to a maximum of 3 units even if you use both Add on Modules

Q. Are the Aastra 6800i series wall mountable?
A.Yes, but the kit must be purchased seperately.
Q. Can I use my HL10 handset lifter with the 6800i series?
