Q. What is the difference between the new and legacy ADAPT 100 range?
A.
The new range features: Microsoft Teams certification with dedicated Teams button, thicker and more comfortable earpads along with bigger and more ergonomic call control.

Q. How do I know which models are certified for Microsoft Teams?
A.
Models with Microsoft Teams certification have "T" in their title. For example "EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 135T USB II Headset".

Q. What is the difference between the EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 130 USB II and EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 135 USB II Headsets?
A.
The EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 130 USB II is USB only and has foam ear cushion while the EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 135 USB II Headset has USB and 3.5mm connectivity and Leatherette ear cushion

Q. What is the difference between the EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 135 USB II and EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 165 USB II Headsets?
A.
The EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 135 USB II is Monaural (covers only one ear). The EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 165 USB II is Binaural (covers both ears).

Q. What do the EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 100 Series connect to?
A.
The ADAPT 100 Series offer USB (A or C) Connectivity to PC / MAC and devices and and 3.5mm connectivity (EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 1X5 Only*) to tablets and smartphones.

Q. What is ANC and why is it only available on the EPOS | SENNHEISER ADAPT 160 / 160T?
A.
ANC stands for Active Noise Cancellation and allows you to control how much background noise you hear. ANC is only available on Binaural headsets.
