Fanvil IP Phones Overview

Fanvil may not be such a familiar name in IP telephony as some, but it is becoming increasingly synonymous with both innovation, reliability and build quality – think Nokia in the 1990’s. Fanvil, like many new tech companies has emerged from the concentration of talent and creativity in Beijing, Shenzen and Suzhou, China and now boasts dedicated sales and development and distribution channels worldwide.

Primarily we will introduce the V Series and the X Series of IP Phones from Fanvil

The Fanvil X Series are VoIP phones which are non-proprietary – meaning that they can be used on almost any Unified Communications platform. There are many phones in the range – all of which have colour screens and PoE and Gigabit Ethernet. Here we will look at a few examples from the 2 Series.

Fanvil also specialise in the design and manufacture of door entry and hotel management telephones and gateways, all of which integrate seamlessly with the Fanvil telephones.

Fanvil V Series

Fanvil V67 Touchscreen IP Phone

The enterprise model in the V Series runs on Android ( and hence has multiple potential functions ) and has a large colour touchscreen which supports 2-way video calling.

Fanvil V62 IP Phone

Featuring a 2.7-inch monochromatic backlit display and 15 DSS (Direct Station Select) keys the V62 has dual Ethernet ports, EHS support and 6 lines.

Fanvil V64 IP Phone

Built in WiFi allows wireless connection for the Fanvil V64. It has Bluetooth as basic and a rich 3.5-inch colour screen and HD Audio.

Fanvil X Series

Fanvil X7 IP Phone

This desktop phone has a large, clear 7-inch colour touchscreen and has provisioning for up to 20 SIP accounts. It has integral Bluetooth and can accept video calls. Works with all major platforms.

Fanvil X3SW IP Phone

This model is entry level but can be deployed wirelessly ( via Wi-Fi ) so giving real freedom of placement. It has a small colour screen which allows access to telephony functions and conference calling.
