The IMPACT Series is EPOS’s dedicated business headset range, offering both corded and cordless options. The IMPACT 100s are the latest corded models, replacing the older SC 30, SC 60, and SC 75 USB headsets – with some significant improvements.

Design & Comfort
Comfort-wise:
- The adjustable headband now feels smoother and more premium
- The ear cups pivot naturally on ball joints, providing a more secure and personalised fit
- Foam cushions have been upgraded to breathable leatherette, matching the sleeker design of other headsets in the IMPACT range
Choose from Mono (one ear) or Stereo (both ears), depending on whether you prefer to stay aware of your surroundings or immerse yourself fully in calls.
The flexible microphone boom rotates 270°, so you can wear it on either side – and position it just right.
At just 76g for Stereo and 51g for Mono, these are currently the lightest headsets in their class – perfect for extended wear.
All models come with a USB-C connector, plus a USB-A adapter in the box – ensuring compatibility with both new and legacy devices. Ideal for hybrid work setups.
In-Line Control Unit
5 backlit buttons on the in-line controller give you quick access to; volume up/down, call answer/end, mic mute and launch Teams
Noise Cancelling Microphone
The uni-directional microphone and noise-cancelling algorithms focuses on your voice and reduce background noise to improve call quality.
Versatile and flexible
The headband is adjustable while the flexible boom arm rotates 270°, so you can wear it on either side – and position it just right.
USB-C and USB-A
All models come with a USB-C connector, plus a USB-A adapter in the box – ensuring compatibility with both new and legacy devices. Ideal for hybrid work setups.
Certifications & Compatibility
Both Mono and Stereo models are Microsoft Teams Certified, meaning they work natively with Teams and come preloaded with the necessary firmware.
