The Nortel Meridian Option M3820 Phone can handle up to 13 lines, although this can be increased up to 57 with the use of Add On Modules (AOM).
The Meridian Option M3820 is the top of the range model so is best for people who handle a large volume of calls, and boast a 2 x 24 character display as well as group listening and handsfree dialling.
The M3820 is also headset compatible, with a headset port as well as boasting many standard features expected in todays business environement. This is the refurbished model which is sold with a 12 month warranty.
