The JPL Scout 3100 is a secure wireless DECT push-to-talk (PTT) adapter designed for fast, reliable communication in critical environments such as public safety dispatch, air-traffic control and radio operations.

The JPL Scout 3100 is TAA (Trade Agreements Act) and NDAA (National Defence Authorisation Act) compliant. TAA compliance means it meets all the requirements for U.S. government use, while NDAA compliance confirms it doesn’t include any restricted components from manufacturers like Huawei or ZTE. In short, it’s cleared for use across federal agencies, including Defence and Homeland Security.

With a spare battery kept on constant charge, up to 10 hours of talk time and DECT Security Step C with FIPS-140-2 encryption, the Scout 3100 delivers continuous, protected communication.
