Panasonic’s innovative Communication Assistant is also available with the NS1000. This powerful PC application gives you a whole host of features that will streamline your working day. With Presence Details, Point and Click Dialling, Customisable Contact Lists, Microsoft Outlook Integration, Visual Voice Message Indication and CRM Database Integration all available, you’ll be amazed at how much more efficiently you work. Communication Assistant can also enable integration with your mobile and home phone. This gives you the ability to receive calls outside of the office with your existing equipment. No further expense on upgrades required!
There have also been new developments to give call centres the tools to give their customers a better experience. First you now have Automatic Voice Guidance which will give customers the chance to know their position in the queue. This allows customers the choice of staying in the queue, leaving a message or calling back later. Supervisors now also have the ability to view the live waiting status of callers. This information is invaluable when trying to make improvements to a call centre’s performance. In addition to the callers, supervisors also have the ability to pull reports on how their agents are performing with full ACD history.
The developments haven’t stopped there though. With softphones becoming the normal way of communicating when outside of the office, the NS1000 now allows full integration with your office extension. This now means that you can have the same extension on your smartphone’s softphone app and take your office wherever you go.
