It is built on Android – a highly customisable platform which delivers a smooth user experience. It allows access to Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other meeting software. The simplicity of the software allows plug-and-play for hassle free deployment. It can go from box to set up in no time, transforming a small room in 10 minutes.
The PanaCast 40 VBS is perfectly designed for small spaces. The 180° field of view allows all participants to be seen and heard. Many small meeting rooms do not have any video technology, a PanaCast 40 fosters collaboration and focussed communications.

On the audio side, it comes with six beamforming, noise-cancelling microphones and a single speaker. These are combined with intelligent audio algorithms to ensure clear voice pickup and high-quality sound, helping remote participants feel just as present as those in the room. The Two 8MP cameras create a seamless Panoramic 4K 180° Field of View.
Featuring a unique 180° degree field of view to capture the entire room so everyone is seen, heard, and included, intelligent AI-enabled video experiences and impressive audio, with Jabra you can transform meeting rooms into truly professional collaborative spaces.
An additional and optional extra is the PanaCast Control IP which is a 10.1inch ( 25cms ) touch screen controller for access to all meeting controls. The unit even has an integral motion control sensor for automatic activation.
There are various options when kitting out your meeting room with a Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS : Microsoft Teams Dedicated, Zoom Specific and a BYOD version which will operate on any system. Each of these is available with an optional Control IP touchscreen.
