Soundwise it is very powerful, with Wideband support and a duplex speakerphone for conferencing. The 9611G , also with Gigabit speed for high definition voice and fast data, comes with a larger colour screen ( 3.5 inch ) which is backlit. The phone has 8 progammable keys but can be expanded with the addition of the Avaya Add on Module ( AOM ) which creates an additional 24 keys for your phone. In addition to the Ethernet you also have a USB connection option and, DECT/ Bluetooth options. In the words of Avaya :

The 9641G supports Bluetooth, making the connection of a UC ready headset simple. It has wideband audio as well as a duplex speakerphone. As Avaya says :
