Refurbished Telephone Systems

At Best4Systems we provide a full range of refurbished telephone systems & equipment alongside the telecommunications equipment that we stock.

Our refurbished telephone systems & equipment gives a discounted alternative to customers, without compromising on the quality and reliability of the equipment we sell.

To this end we fully refurbish most of the products we supply ourselves, and the balance is factory reconditioned, usually by the manufacturers. All the products we sell come with full 12 month warranty.

Our refurbished telephone systems & equipment goes through a process that includes:

• Full testing of all unit features and facilities.
• Replacement of line cords, curly cords, and other internal and external components and accessories where necessary.
• Quality control. Any product not passing our stringent quality control standard is 'B' graded, not for sale (used for maintenance spares etc). Only products passing our inspection will be allowed onto the shelves for sale on the Best4Systems website.

We do not make any pretence that the product is new, but aim to ensure our refurbished telephone systems & equipment, together with the full 12 month warranty, provides a real alternative to the new telephone systems & equipment equipment we stock.

Systems Repairs

Best4Systems have skilled engineers who can repair and fully refurbish most telephone system equipment.

We will advise you on the compatibility and correct use of any accessories supplied.

Our telephone system repair service includes the following equipment:

Our ability to work to component level allows a high repair yield. We also have contact for the repair of other makes of telephone systems equipment to enable a greater range of products to be dealt with.

Headset Repairs

At Best4Systems we repair Plantronics and GN Netcom Telephone Corded headsets:

You send us the damaged headsets. We will send you the headsets back once they have been repaired by courier @ a charge of £ 10.00 + VAT. We will replace voicetubes, ear cushions, microphone screens, then bag the headsets before returning the headsets.

Best4Systems charge £25.00 + VAT per Monaural headset and £30.00 + VAT per Binaural headset for this service. We can only repair a minimum of five* headsets at a time.

If a Plantronics headset is beyond repair, we will send it back to you and refund you the £25.00 + VAT for a monaural headset, or £30.00 + VAT for a binaural headset.

All Best4Systems repairs carry a three-month warranty.

Note:

* The minimum quantity of five headsets is for a combined total of Binaural and Monaural headsets.
We are unable to repair Cordless Headsets. This includes the Plantronics CS60 DECT series and the GN Netcom 9000 DECT headsets.
