How to Order

Buying products

When you find the product you wish to purchase, just click on the “add to cart” option.

This will take you through to your shopping basket. You can leave the shopping basket and return to the site if you wish to purchase another product. Once you have left the shopping basket, you can return to it at any time by simply clicking on “edit your basket” in the top right hand corner of the page.

When you find a second product you wish to purchase, just click on the “add to cart” option, and it will be added to the shopping basket below your earlier product.

Shopping Cart

Once in the shopping basket area of the site you can alter the quantity of the product that you want. The default quantity of products entered is 1. To change it, please click in the quantity box to highlight the quantity, then change it to the desired amount. To recalculate the basket, just click on the recalculate button.

When you are happy that all the products you wish to purchase are in the shopping cart, click on the “proceed to checkout“ button.

Order details

To process your order, we need to take some order details. These details include your contact details billing* address and/or delivery address as well as payment details. This is the information that you give us when you create an account.

If you are a returning customer, you will have to login using your username and password. You can do this at any stage, but we recommend you follow the process as shown above. Once you click on “proceed to checkout“ you will be asked for your username and password.

If you are new customer, you can follow the ordering process as above, once you click on “proceed to checkout“, you will be given the option to register. Simply click on "Create Account" and follow the simple instructions.


* Your Billing address is the address where your payment card is registered. We need this address to process payments.

Payment Options

Once you have given us all the required order information, we will require your payment details. There are a number of ways to pay. please see instructions below.

Credit / Debit Card

We accept Switch, Delta, MasterCard, Solo and Visa.

We also accept American Express, but we add an additional 3.5% charge on the order total. We do this retrospectively once you have placed the order.

We use 128 bit encryption for secure information transfer.

Please include the following with the cheque

  • Invoice number(on the back of the cheque)
  • Your name and/or company name (if applicable)*
  • Your billing address*
  • Your contact Telephone number*
  • Cheque Guarantee Card number

* A compliment slip will suffice

If you require a Pro-forma invoice, please contact us and we will be happy to create a Pro-forma invoice and fax it or email it to you.

In order to allow dispatch upon receipt of cheque, we use the Transax authorisation system. Goods are dispatched upon verification.
