HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay by Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Bank Transfer (BACS – see below). We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Electron - (except Amex).

CAN I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?

Yes. Just place your order as normal and you will be given Bank Transfer (BACS) as a payment option. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation advising our bank details. Once payment, in full, is received the order will be processed.

I WAS DEBITED BY A COMPANY CALLED MEDIACOMM?

Media and Communications Ltd is the holding company of Best4Systems, Best4headsets & Best4safety. The amount debited will correspond to the amount stated on your invoice.

Yes you can. As long as you are an EU Business (Except UK businesses), you can provide your VAT number with your billing information and the VAT will be removed.

CAN I HAVE A PRO FORMA INVOICE TO MAKE A BACS PAYMENT?

Yes. Simply write "Pro Forma" in the delivery note field above the payment method when you place your order and choose "BACS" as payment method. A Pro Forma Invoice will be sent to your email address.

WHAT DELIVERY METHOD DO YOU USE WITHIN THE UK?

We send our goods via either UPS or DPD couriers on a next day service. Delivery to Highlands and Islands will be a two day delivery service. We can also ship via pallet for large bulk orders.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?

Yes, we do, but we will only accept payment by bank transfer. We will also need you to contact us to find out the shipping cost for your order.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do. EU countries can place orders through our website and a shipping price will be calculated. This changes for countries outside of the EU; all international delivery costs are determined by the volumetric weight of the goods. This is a complex calculation, and we are unable to give a cost via the website.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All refurbished products sold on our website are covered by a 12 month "return to base" warranty (excluding consumables – batteries, filters etc)

WHAT DOES REFURBISHED MEAN?

We have a dedicated refurbishment team, that ensures all pre used equipment is fully tested and cleaned, new accessories, such as cables, replaced and come with our own 1 year 'return to base warranty'.

New equipment will benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty., which we will arrange on your behalf.

I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT. HOW DO I DO THAT?

In order to return a product, you will first need an RMA number. Please complete the request form here and we will provide you with an RMA form that will have all the instructions for sending the product back including the specific RMA number.

Please note any returned goods received without an RMA number may be placed in quarantine awaiting clarification.

DO YOU ARRANGE COLLECTION OF UNWANTED OR FAULTY GOODS?

Whilst we would arrange collection of faulty goods reported within 14 days of receipt, we do not arrange collection of items being returned as unwanted nor faulty items outside the above mentioned 14 day period.
